OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
 

1. Eligibility: The Wanta Fanta®? Come get it Canada Contest and Offer (the “Promotion”), which will include a Contest (the “Contest”) and an offer (“Offer”), is open only to legal residents of Canada (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). To participate in the Offer, Entrant must also have an Xbox, Activision or Battle.net, compatible Xbox console or PC, and an applicable game (sold separately). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of Coca‑Cola Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca‑Cola Canada Bottling Limited, Microsoft Corporation, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Participation Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Offer begins at 10:00 Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 30, 2026, or once all Rewards have been claimed per Offer Period (“Overall Offer Period”), whichever occurs first. The Offer will consist of seventeen (17) offer periods (each, an “Offer Period”) as described below in Section 3. All Offer Periods begin at 12:00 am ET on the first day of the Offer Period and end at 11:59 pm ET on the last day of the Offer Period or once all Rewards have been claimed for that Offer Period, whichever occurs first, except for Offer Period 1 which begins at 10:00 am ET on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 7, 2026, or once all Rewards have been claimed for that Offer Period, whichever occurs first. The Contest begins at 10:00 ET on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 30, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
 

3. How to Participate in the Contest/Offer/Receive a Reward/Reward Details and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Reward:

There are two (2) ways to participate in the Contest and (1) way to participate in the Offer:

• Via the Website for Contest Entry and Offer: During the Promotion Period/Overall Offer Period, you may visit here (the “Website”) and follow the instructions to select a game challenge to play (each a “Game Challenge”). Follow the instructions to play the Game Challenge and once the Game Challenge is complete, a list of game rewards, (each a “Reward”) will be displayed, (which may not coincide with a Game Challenge), so that you may select the Reward that you wish to receive. There will only be three (3) separate Game Challenges that you may play and you may earn one (1) Reward for each game that is displayed (each a “Game”) on the Website in separate Offer Periods [for a maximum of five (5) total Claims per Entrant over a minimum of five (5) Offer Periods]. Click “redeem Reward” where indicated and sign in or register for a Coca‑Cola account (“Account”), link your applicable Xbox, Activision or Battle.net account and log in to receive a virtual Reward (“Claim”) once your Claim is verified (and if there are still Rewards available at the time of redemption) during the applicable Offer Period and automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest (“Website Entry”). Reward will be deposited into your Account within one (1) hour. If you Claim a Halo Reward, that Reward will be sent via the email address associated with your Account when Halo Evolve launches. If you request to have your data deleted here before the delivery of your Reward, you may be disqualified from receiving a Reward and the Reward will be forfeited with no compensation. ARV of each Reward is CAD$7.00.

• Email Alternate Method of Contest Entry (“AMOE”): To enter the Contest without having an Xbox, Activision or Battle.net account, compatible Xbox console or PC, and an applicable game, send an email here with your first name, last name, street address, province, postal code, date of birth and email address with the subject line: “Coca‑Cola Fanta Gaming Contest and Offer” during the Contest Period to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (“AMOE Entry”), subject to the limit below. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on July 30, 2026, to be eligible.

In the event that during the time the Rewards are available, the specific Reward included in these Official Rules becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Reward of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Reward is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Reward for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of a Reward is prohibited.

Website Entries and AMOE Entries will collectively be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”. There is a limit of five (5) Entries during the entire Contest Period regardless of the method of Entry or combination of methods of Entry.

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Claims/Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, Xbox, Activision or Battle.net accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries/Claims and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry/Claim, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners/Reward recipients may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning: Two (2) Grand Prize winners, two (2) First Prize winners, four (4) Second Prize, and one (1) Third Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 31, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. The odds of winning a Contest Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest.
 

5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Grand Prizes (2): An Xbox series S console. ARV CAD$449.99 each. Actual Xbox to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion.  Xbox subscription not included with a Grand Prize.

First Prizes (2): A ROG Xbox Ally. ARV CAD$799.99 each. Actual Xbox to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. Xbox subscription not included with a First Prize.

Second Prizes (4): Xbox Wireless Controller. ARV CAD$84.99 each. Actual controller to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion

Third Prize (1): A code redeemable for a Sponsor-specified game. ARV: CAD$90

The ARVs listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARVs are estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prizes are awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for, and winners will not receive any difference between, the actual value and ARV of the prizes.

Grand Prize, First Prizes, Second Prizes and Third Prize will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Prize per person.
 

6. Contest Winner Notification: The potential winners will be contacted via email and must respond within three (3) days with the required verification and Prize fulfillment information and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, within the timeframe specified or winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Prizes (except for the Third Prize) will then be fulfilled to the winners to the mailing addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after verification. The Third Prize will be emailed to the Third Prize winner to the email address provided within 4-6 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate return the required information and correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question correctly, in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize. The winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable) including without limitation provincial, municipal and local taxes. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
 

8. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry/Claim. Entries/Claims become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries/Claims; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper implementation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries/Claims received prior to cancellation and award all Rewards based on Claims received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries/Claims. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners, release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry/Claim or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.
 

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry/Claim process, the operation of the Promotion or the Website, or the Prize/Reward determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries/Claims generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
 

10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize/Reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or provincial court located in Ontario in Canada; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Ontario in Canada for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than CAD$100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Ontario in Canada, Canada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario in Canada.
 

11. Privacy Notice: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion. By providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions outside your province and/or country of residence, which may have different data protection rules governing personal information.
